How long does it take to get my Original?
Production times vary from 3 to 7 days depending on the type of design. Shipping of the product can take from 7 to 14 days depending on the delivery option you used at the time of check out.
If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.
Shipping rates & delivery estimates
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
Delivery delays may occasionally occur. With Covid-19 Pandimic some deliveries are delayed, these delays are outside of The Originals's control.
Shipment to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses
The Originals ships to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories, and DOES NOT ship to APO/FPO/DPO and P.O BOX addresses.
Shipment confirmation & Order tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
Customs, Duties and Taxes
The Originals is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
Damages During Shipping
For lost or stolen packages, the customer is responsible for contacting and filing a claim with USPS. Once the item has been passed to USPS, The Originals is no longer responsible for any lost or stolen items.
The Originals is not responsible for damages caused by improper handling.
If your item was damaged in transit a replacement request must occur within 3 days of delivery and must be accompanied with photo evidence of the damaged item (as well as the packaging, if possible). Once this documentation is received, we will send out a replacement as soon as possible (US Only).
For damaged international orders, we are happy to cover the replacement cost of the item that was damaged, but the customer will be responsible for the replacement shipping cost.
